Sales and Marketing Manager

Play an integral role in the profitable growth of a new subsea system
company providing equipment and the related engineering and project
management services.

The position will be responsible for creating business opportunities
through establishing and developing client relationships with small
and medium sized operators. The successful candidate must be able to
travel internationally.

Reporting to the managing director, the successful candidate will take
the lead role in sales and marketing and will be responsible for the
overall direction of business activity. The successful candidate must
have a thorough knowledge of and have relevant experience in the
subsea system market and understand such equipment as wellhead
equipment, subsea trees, manifolds, control systems, and tie-in
systems.

Requirements:

• 10 yrs experience in sales positions track record of successful contract tendering and management
• Proficient in commercial aspects including being fully conversant in profit and loss used business/commercial management software and Microsoft applications
• Relevant engineering or business qualification preferred
• Ambition to grow the company

Purchasing Manager

The position is responsible for purchasing and inventory management
duties which include establishing policies and procedures. This
position is responsible to source, identify, and set up vendors and
contractors for both equipment as well as services. You will be in
charge of key commodities involved in the production of the subsea
equipment. You must have a proven track record using innovative
approaches to Supply Chain Management. The successful candidate must
be able to travel internationally.

Other key requirements include:

• An undergraduate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or other related field
• 10 years responsibility in Procurement or Supply Chain Management
• Strong negotiation / communication skills
• Strong computer skills using an ERP system and Microsoft applications
• Broad knowledge contract language of terms and conditions
