Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
2. At least 1 year experience in managing/supervising minimum of 10 agents/associates.
3. Must be willing to work on shifting schedules and graveyard shifts.
4. Must be hardworking, trustworthy and reliable.
5. Must have good English communication skills.
6. Can easily understand instructions and work under minimum supervision.
7. At least 25 years old.
