JOB OPPORTUNITIES FOR MANPOWER POOLING

COTABATO SUGAR CENTRAL CO., INC, an established industrial firm located in Matalam, North Cotabato is presently looking for qualified applicants to join the team for its 2011 expansion. We are looking for dynamic and topnotch professionals to fill-up the following positions:

INSTRUMENTATION SECTION HEAD

• Must be a licensed Electronics and Communication Engineer with at least 2 years experience in instrumentation and control operation, design and installation of field instruments in a manufacturing company ;
• Position requires technical knowledge on instrumentation systems, principles, and safety measures and regulations;
• With ability to understand, train, motivate and develop subordinates and organize/coordinate activities of the section;
• Must be computer literate and knowledgeable on AutoCad programming and can easily keep up with modern electrical technology, automation, and instrumentation.

HEALTH AND SAFETY OFFICER

• Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer or Industrial Engineer with at least 2 years experience in industrial works and manufacturing process;
• With technical adequacy on occupational safety and understanding on statutory regulations and company policies, systems, and procedures related to safety;
• Computer literate with knowledge on AutoCAD and Microsoft office;
• Possesses leadership skills, high motivation, and efficient communication skill.

TQM (TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT) COORDINATOR

• Must be graduate of Industrial Engineering and other related course;
• With at least 3 years experience or training in total quality management functions and at least 2 years experience in industrial works and manufacturing process; Computer literate and proficient in oral & written communication;
• Must have good leadership qualities Self-motivated and can work under pressure with minimum supervision.

PROACTIVE RELIABILITY MAINTENANCE STAFF

• Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer with at least 2-5 years experience in mechanical plant maintenance and condition monitoring and with training in Proactive Reliability Maintenance Program; Requires a technical knowledge of mechanical systems, principles, safety measures and regulations;
• Must be computer literate (AUTOCAD) and knowledgeable of Machine Analyst Software, Root-Cause-Failure Analysis and Resolution, and predictive maintenance software and can easily keep up with modern mechanical technology.

FINANCE SPECIALIST

• Must be a CPA (Certified Public Accountant);
• Has technical adequacy in general accounting especially in budgeting (preparation and analysis of financial records, forecasting, estimating income and expenditures);
• Must have orientation to details, resourcefulness, and organizational ability;
• With excellent analytical and numerical ability; Proficient in oral and written communication; Computer literate.

HR ASSISTANT

• Graduate of Behavioral Sciences, BS Psychology, Human Resources, BS Industrial Engineering, with at least two (2) years experience in human resources functions;
• Technical adequacy on HR services, recruitment, selection, and placement, training and development, benefits administration, employee relations, and company organizations and business processes, standards and practices, as well as legal/labor matters;
• Requires good interpersonal relationship skills and analytical ability;
• Proficient in MS Software application;
• Proficient in oral & written communication.
