Position: Oracle Developer (2)
at least 2 years development/programming experience
B.S. in Computer Science or related field

Responsibilities:

• Handle PL/SQL projects, which includes coding, test, revisions and live implementations.
• Part of the day-to-day database operations
• Subject matter expert on SQL inquiries across all database platforms supported

Required Skills:

• Oracle PL/SQL (1-2 years)
• Oracle database - 10/11g
• Basic unix/linux administration

Knowledge

• SQL tuning
• Java
• Unix scripting

Position: Software Quality Analyst (1)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop test plans, procedures and cases/scenarios for software systems.
  
• Identify, analyze, and document all bugs or defects found during functional, regression, compatibility, performance and other tests
• Check for operational characteristics that are inconsistent with stated requirements and design specifications.
• Be responsible for the analysis, reporting and communication of test results
• And other related tasks assigned

Day to Day Activities:

• Review functional requirements, use cases and create test plans and test procedures and tests cases to ensure that overall functionality and quality is delivered.
• Execute manual and automated test cases and scripts.
• Document and validate resolution of identified defects.
• Assist in implementing improvements in test methods and strategies.
• Escalate quality concerns to management.
• Work with the development team in establishing product acceptance and performance criteria for applications.

Required Skills:

• B.S. in Computer Science or related field
• Must be able to prioritize and manage time, multiple tasks, define problems, and develop a means or method to resolve them.
• Has strong attention to details with proven verbal and written communication skills
• Must possess good writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Ability to ensure consistency of style within a document
• Ability to work within tight deadlines
  
• Skill in writing original material and in synthesizing, organizing, rewriting, refining, formatting, and editing rough-draft material while maintaining the integrity of the ideas.

Position: Software Test Engineer (1)

Required Skills:

• B.S. in Computer Science or related field
• Understanding of System Development Life Cycle Phases
• Ability to create test plans and cases
• Familiar with Software Development Life cycle (SDLC) and testing process
  
• Understanding of the different categories and types of testing
• Proficient with software feature analysis, test case analysis, requirements analysis, software review and defect tracking systems.

Desired Skills:

• Experience in Java software testing experience
  
• Working knowledge of relational database technology and SQL
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel
• Experience in preparing and/or reviewing requirements and/or design documents
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Experience in using testing automation tools is a plus
• Experience in white box testing, is a plus
