Employe Relations & Training Supervisor
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for implementing systems and procedures on career
development and skills training (behavioral and technical). The position
also implements employee relations activities and plans, facilitates
investigation of employee cases, monitors the implementation of penalties
and shall be in-charge of records management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor鈥檚 Degree in Psychology or Behavioral Science
- 7-10 years of work experience in a medium size and heavy industrial
company, i.e., mining, engineering and cement companies
- Good oral and written communication skill, knowledge of the Visayan
dialect is an advantage
- Candidate will be based in Zamboanga del Norte
