Technology Center (ICTC) Academic Building Phase II-A
(REBID)

1. The 麻花星空视频, through the INCOME FUND intends to apply the sum of TWENTY FOUR MILLION EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS (PhP24,080,000.00), Philippine Currency, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Project Reference No. 2012-039. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The 麻花星空视频- Iligan Institute of Technology now invites bids for Proposed Information & Communication Technology Center (ICTC) Academic Building Phase II-A. The Scope of Works of the project includes: Mobilization and Demobilization; Earthworks; Concrete and Masonry works; Carpentry Works and Fin. Hardwares; Tile Works; Painting Works; Steelworks; Plumbing Works; Electrical Works; Installation of Automatic Fire Sprinkler and Manual Alarm System. Completion of the Works is required within 180 calendar days.
3. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
4. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.
5. Interested bidders may obtain further information from 麻花星空视频-Iligan Institute of Technology and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday.
6. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders from the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of PhP10,000.00.
   The 麻花星空视频 – Iligan Institute of Technology will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on October 9, 2012, 2:00PM at 麻花星空视频-IIT Boardroom which shall beopen to all interested parties.
7. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before October 30, 2012, 2PM at the 麻花星空视频-IIT BAC Secretariat Office. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB 18.
8. The 麻花星空视频 – Iligan Institute of Technology reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
